I have been struggling with sleep for a long time and I have very recently been diagnosed with ADHD as a 32 year old adult. I have tried so many things to help me sleep and calm my racing mind at bed time and this milk really works. It tastes delicious as well as part of a calming night routine. I’m ordering more and recommend to a friend. Thank you for such a great product.

I was suffering from very restless sleep, fidgeting a lot during the night so thought I would give this a try. The taste is nice & I find that Having the drink an hour before bed helps me feel much more restful in bed and I have a better quality of sleep.

I stumbled across sleepwell milk purely by accident, it has helped me so much after literally decades of almost no sleep at all. I now get maybe 3 hours. Highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to relax and get a better quality sleep. Brilliant.

Had been trying to find something that will help my teen daughter fall asleep for ages. It would take her from an hour or longer to get to sleep. Melatonin worked but not a long term solution. My friend suggested I tried valerian and sent me a link to Sleep Well Milk. It has definitely helped my teen and it is now part of her bedtime routine. She prefers it cold and takes it together with magnesium. Happy teen happy mum! Hurrah!

This product has been an absolute game changer. I’ll admit I was a sceptic. I don’t even really like milk!!! I’ve tried prescription sleeping medications and all sorts (left me feeling awfully groggy)
I’m sorry I was ever so sceptical, it’s been amazing. It tasted simply divine and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a peaceful nights sleep. And best of all I have no groggy feeling the next day. Cannot recommend this Sleep Well enough!

I have a lot of health conditions that stop Me from sleeping , one of which causes insomnia as part of the condition. main issue getting off to sleep ( I’ve tried all sorts of medications sleep aid sounds etc) non worked or they left me like a zombie for a couple
Of days after ) sleep Well has helped me no end the fist night of using it I slept for a good 7 hours and it was a deep sleep which is unheard of I’m usual lucky if I get 3 hours per night at a push. I’d say it took a little Longer than the 30 mins to fall asleep after drinking it maybe took me a hour to drift off but I slept!! The next few times I used it ( I’ve used 6 now) I slept 7-8 hours deep sleep didn’t wake at all! again took a little longer to drift off maybe a hour but I slept so this stuff works wonders 5/5

I tried this product on a whim, I’ve tried everything, my little one has not slept since the day he was born! I tried this milk and the 1st night he was in such a deep sleep I could hear him snoring through his bedroom door! We are 2 nights in at the moment and he’s honestly slept the deepest he ever has!

Bought this for my 22 year old daughter who has been having sleep issues. She has slept through whole night without feeling rubbish the next morning. Definitely buying more and for my son who is 18 and I think will benefit too -thank you!!

I have a very unsettle and bad sleeper toddler at home. Since the day he was born we have struggle with his sleep, we have really tried everything and nothing worked until we found sleepwell milk. It has a very mild taste, not very sweet in my opinion, it’s just right for us. We all love it

I work in a busy dialysis unit and I drink these when I work late and cannot settle afterwards. They work amazingly. I sleep so soundly with them

I purchased this for my son who has learning disabilities, and finds it hard to switch off sometimes. He doesn’t have it every night, just as a last resort. This most definitely helped us get him into a better sleep routine.

Not only does this work, it’s delicious! I was struggling with sleep for months but after drinking SLEEPWELLMILK, I’m able to drift off peacefully after half hour/45 minutes of drinking.

I bought this product as my husband has trouble sleeping. It has helped him get to sleep, and has a better night. He feels much better in the morning. He doesn’t drink it every night.

I ordered SleepWell Vanilla for my partner who suffers from insomnia. He is very sceptical but after reading the reviews I am excited for him to try it and hoping I will be able to say, I told you so when he wakes from a restful 8 hours sleep! I only ordered it this morning so it hasn’t arrived yet but I wanted to post a review because of the excellent customer service I received from Nadine (Account Executive). After a technical glitch which resulted in my house number not showing in the delivery address, Nadine very promptly got this sorted so that I wasn’t charged for something that wasn’t going to turn up!

I have suffered with little to no sleep for over 20 years now, my own gp couldn’t help after prescribing pills that never helped so I really was at the end of my tether when I spotted sleep well on a Facebook ad, I figured I would try it after all I had tried every thing else they arrived yesterday I had my first one last night was in bed by 11 and didn’t wake till my alarm went off at 6am I really could not believe it my first full nights sleep in over 20 years worth every penny and now ordering my next sleep well milk thank you I’m super excited about this product.

I don’t write reviews often but I give this milk to my son who is 9 and has Down’s syndrome. Sleep is always challenging but this is giving him 2 extra hours sleep on average per night. He invariably drops off quicker and being in a lovely relaxed sleep, stays asleep that little bit longer, with no stirring in the night and minimal movement. He can’t win; I now have to snipe in quietly to check he’s alright!

I have not tried the milk yet just wanted to ask if it’s good for a 15 month child, my daughter is super hyper and she does not know how to relax or dose off to sleep, I came across this sleepwell advert so thought il ask as there are good reviews .

I have a young son who struggles with sleep. He used to be very overtired and it made him overemotional and very hard to handle. After receiving no help from doctors or health visitors I stumbled upon Sleepwell Milk and decided to try it. As he is only small I decided to only give him a small cup before bed. The first night he slept right through for the first time in about 3 years. We now have a well rested, well balanced little boy. We don’t even need to give him the milk every night anymore. I highly recommend this milk.
