Made with whole milk, honey, cocoa powder and valerian our chocolate Sleep Well tastes gorgeous and does you good too. The dose of valerian is the secret ingredient that will help you relax and contribute to getting a better night’s sleep. Our new 500ml cartons are planet-friendly and fully recyclable.
Sometimes things happen out of our control. At the moment there’s a world shortage of sunflower oil but don’t worry, we can keep production of our delicious bedtime drinks in full swing using refined rapeseed oil instead. It doesn’t affect the nutritional or allergen information and, most importantly, doesn’t affect the flavour!
With two sleeps in one carton, simply drink 250ml warm or cold, 30 minutes before you want to sleep.

i don’t have problem sleeping normally but when I’m stressed it takes me a while to go to sleep and i keep waking up through the night. i tried this milk and the first time i slept like a baby, but i wanted to see if it was coincidence or actual effect and all i can say is that every time i drink this before bed, i have a more restful night, i don’t wake up at night or at least not as often and i feel a lot better in the morning. it helps that it also tastes amazing, not too sweet but not bitter at all, which is what i hate about night time teas

As a neurodiverse family of autistic adhd adults and children, sleep is often difficult. I thought this would be a good product to use as a nice calming drink to aid sleep. I managed to drink 2 of them and they did definitely help me fall asleep better. However we all have “super taste “ and “super smell” and so we could smell and taste the valerian which, for us was sadly unpleasant. The company were fabulous when i contacted them and sent another couple to check that it was not some problem where the milk had turned after maybe damage in the post (very unlikely but went above and beyond to cover all bases). Sadly it was just we can unusually detect the small amounts of valerian that most people can’t.
So i think this is a great product with customer service above and beyond, and recommend trying it.

My daughter has ADHD and is autistic and has always struggled to get to sleep and stay asleep. She was prescribed melatonin 3 years ago but it only works short term before they have to increase the dose and I don’t think it makes any difference to her now. We tried the chocolate milk and she couldn’t keep her eyes open!! At least once a week she would be awake all night but since drinking the milk she has slept 8-6 every night. The impact this has had on us all as a family is wonderful, and she’s coping better with school and much happier in herself

I have a little girl that has an extremely rare microdeletion syndrome – every night it can take up to and sometimes over an hour to settle her to sleep, she will scream until she eventually drifts off. And then through the night I can often have only a couple of hours sleep with her.
Since trying her on sleep well about two weeks ago, I am so shocked to say that we have only had 1 night where she didn’t settle very well (and I think she was feeling under the weather that day)
Every night since purchasing this magic position she has gone straight to sleep!!!!! It’s amazing!! She still sometimes wakes half way through the night – but again I’m able to settle her a lot quicker.
She shares a room with her 8 year old sister and so just to get her to sleep at a more decent hour is having a massive impact on my 8 year olds bed time routine, she is able to go to bed earlier and wake up in a better mood for school. Amazing bought for my two daughters 5 & 12 we’ve tried everything even on sleep study wait lists as they just can’t get to sleep or stay asleep, the eldest says it tastes delicious and she feels tried within 30mins of drinking and drifts off into a deep sleep not waking again for the rest of the night. The smallest says it’s super yummy. Helps her fall asleep quickly she’s still waking once or twice a night but prior if she went to sleep it was up to 14 times a night so this is a vast improvement. Just need a subscription service so we don’t run out!

I was dubious trying this but I had the chocolate one and I had mine cold from the fridge , it tasted and had the consistency of evaporated milk with a hint of chocolate it reminded me of my childhood when we ran out of milk and my nan put evaporated milk on my coco pops 😃 it was very easy to drink, I usually take a good hour or so to fall asleep and usually playing on my phone but , nope within 20 mins I had put my phone down and drifted off to sleep had a good 6 hours where I usually only get 4 so that’s brilliant for me, I didnt have one the following night as I felt really sleepy again when to sleep 20 mins after getting in bed, this is unheard of for me! I’m very impressed im going to try it hot next time but im so glad I tried it and it will be a staple from now on in my fridge for when I need that little bit of help sleeping , I can see with the anxiety of the 2nd lockdown coming ill be using it most nights as that’s what stops me sleeping , brilliant product I highly recommend im going to be stocking up !!!!

My son was having night terrors nearly every other night, waking up constantly and being naughty in the day because he was over tired..
I seen this advertised on Facebook and thought why not give it a go, I’ll try anything at this point having been deprived of sleep for months if not years..
So I rang my doctor to make sure it was ok to give him and I got the go ahead. I tried it for 3 nights, he slept through all 3 nights, no issues, no issues getting to sleep.. So i left it a few days and bought 3 more to make sure it wasn’t a fluke.. It wasn’t! He’s now sleeping through every night, no night terrors and he’s soo much better behaved as he’s getting enough sleep.
Can’t thank the creators enough for giving me and my son our sleep back.
The only thing is the taste, the chocolate one is a little bit bitter, but I put a spoon of nesquick in and it takes the bitterness out. The vanilla one is a bit of an odd taste, but with nesquick added, its fine and my son drinks it fine.
